TrustMeet facilitates introductions and in-app communication only. We do not arrange escorting, adult services, or illegal activity of any kind.

2. Eligibility

- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account secure.
3. User responsibilities
- Use TrustMeet respectfully and in compliance with applicable laws.

- Do not harass, threaten, stalk, scam, or pressure other users.
- Follow our Community Guidelines, Safety Rules, and — if you register as a companion — our Companion User Policy.
4. Public meetup disclaimer
If you choose to meet someone offline, you do so at your own risk. TrustMeet does not supervise, verify, or guarantee in-person meetings. We strongly recommend public locations, informing a trusted contact, and trusting your instincts. TrustMeet is not responsible for conduct, safety, or outcomes during offline interactions.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Illegal activity, solicitation, or facilitation of unlawful services.
- Nudity, explicit sexual content, or pornographic material in profiles or messages.
- Hate speech, violence, exploitation, or content involving minors.
- Fraud, phishing, financial scams, or sharing OTPs or banking credentials.
- Automated scraping, bots, platform abuse, or attempts to bypass security controls.
6. Payments & refund policy
Optional paid features (such as companion membership and profile boosts) are processed by DOSINA SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED through authorized payment partners including Razorpay. Prices, billing cycles, and feature access are shown at checkout.
- You authorize charges for the plan you select at the time of purchase.
- Refunds, where applicable, follow our Refund Policy and Indian consumer law.
- Failed or disputed payments may limit access until resolved.
7. Moderation & reporting
We operate reporting, blocking, and moderation tools to protect users. We may review reported content and accounts, remove material, restrict features, or suspend users to maintain platform safety. Moderation decisions are made in good faith to enforce these Terms and community standards.
8. Account suspension & termination
- We may warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts for policy violations.
- Serious violations (illegal conduct, exploitation, fraud) may result in immediate removal.
- You may deactivate or delete your account through settings where available.
- We are not obligated to provide a connection, match, or continued access to any user.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
TrustMeet is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with other users, or specific social outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted under Indian law, DOSINA SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or offline interactions with other users.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to applicable consumer protection remedies.
