1. Overview
This Companion User Policy applies to every person who registers or maintains a companion account on TrustMeet (“the Platform”). It works together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Safety Rules.
TrustMeet is a registration and discovery platform for companions only. We give you tools to create a profile, appear in discovery, and connect with visitors who choose to reach out. We do not employ companions, book meetings on your behalf, or promise that any visitor will contact you, accept your profile, or meet with you.
2. What TrustMeet provides — and what we do not
We provide
- A companion registration and onboarding flow.
- Profile hosting, discovery listings, and in-app connection tools when visitors engage.
- Community standards, reporting, and moderation to keep the Platform lawful and respectful.
- Optional paid membership features that may improve visibility or unlock tools — subject to availability and plan terms.
We do not provide
- Guaranteed profile views, connection requests, chats, meetups, or income.
- Marketing agency services, personal matchmaking, or lead generation on your behalf.
- Endorsement of any companion’s character, skills, pricing, or offline conduct.
- Escort, dating, or adult services. TrustMeet is not an escort or dating platform.
You are solely responsible for how you present yourself, how you communicate, and any offline activity that follows from a connection made through the Platform.
3. No guarantee of visitor interest or earnings
Registering on TrustMeet does not guarantee that any visitor will view your profile, send a request, unlock chat, or meet with you. Visitor decisions are entirely voluntary and outside our control.
- Discovery ranking, filters, location, profile quality, and visitor demand all affect visibility.
- Paid membership or boost features may increase exposure but still do not guarantee connections or revenue.
- Past performance of other companions is not a promise of your results.
- We may change discovery algorithms, features, or pricing with reasonable notice where required by law.
Do not rely on TrustMeet as your only source of income. Treat the Platform as one channel among many — not a promise of work or payment.
4. Profile standards — keep it strong, clear, and appropriate
Your profile is how visitors decide whether to connect. We strongly advise you to keep it strong, honest, and easy to understand:
- Real photos: Use recent, clear images of yourself. Avoid heavy filters that misrepresent your appearance.
- Accurate details: City, interests, vibe, languages, and availability should reflect reality.
- Clear intent: Explain the kind of companionship you offer — coffee, events, city walks, hobbies — in plain language.
- Professional tone: Write complete sentences. Avoid spam, all-caps shouting, or vague one-liners.
- Easy to scan: Short paragraphs and honest highlights help visitors trust you faster.
- Consistent pricing: If you list rates, keep them transparent and aligned with what you discuss in chat.
Profiles that are incomplete, confusing, or misleading are less likely to be chosen — and may be limited or removed under moderation.
5. Prohibited profiles and content
Do not create false, adult, or inappropriate profiles. The following are strictly forbidden in photos, bios, usernames, tags, or any profile field:
- Sexual, pornographic, or nude imagery — including implied nudity or sexually explicit poses.
- Offers or hints of escorting, paid intimacy, “full service,” or any illegal sexual services.
- Fake identity, stolen photos, celebrity impersonation, or profiles of someone other than you.
- Minors or anyone under 18 — companions must be adults.
- Hate speech, slurs, threats, or harassment in profile text.
- Spam links, phishing, crypto schemes, or off-platform payment traps in your bio.
- Misleading claims such as “guaranteed clients,” “official TrustMeet partner,” or fake verification badges.
- Content that promotes violence, self-harm, drugs, or unlawful activity.
TrustMeet is for consent-based, public-first social companionship — not adult entertainment or covert escort listings. Profiles that blur this line will be rejected, hidden, or permanently banned.
6. Visitor choice is entirely theirs
- Visitors browse, filter, and connect at their own discretion. You cannot pressure, harass, or buy their choice.
- A declined or ignored request must be respected. Do not create duplicate accounts to chase the same person.
- Do not offer bribes, discounts tied to off-platform payments, or incentives that violate our Terms.
- Reviews, reports, and blocks from visitors may affect your visibility or account standing.
Success on TrustMeet depends on trust, clarity, and respectful behavior — not on entitlement to visitor attention.
7. Membership, boosts, and visibility features
- Optional companion membership or promotional features may help your profile appear more often or with enhanced placement.
- These features are not a guarantee of connections, chat unlocks, meetups, or revenue.
- Fees are charged for Platform access and tools — not for promised outcomes. See our Refund Policy for billing terms.
- Abusing boosts or automation to manipulate discovery may result in feature removal or account suspension.
8. Conduct, chat, and offline meetups
As a companion, you must follow the same safety and respect standards as every member:
- Communicate honestly. Do not catfish, ghost after taking payment off-platform, or misrepresent your services.
- Keep first meetings in public places when possible. Share your plans with someone you trust.
- Never share or request passwords, OTPs, or banking details in chat.
- Stop messaging if someone withdraws consent or blocks you.
- Report suspicious visitors through in-app tools — do not retaliate or doxx.
Full details are in our Safety Rules and Community Guidelines.
9. Moderation and enforcement
We may review profiles manually or automatically. We reserve the right to:
- Reject or request changes to profiles that violate this Policy.
- Hide, downgrade, or remove listings from discovery.
- Suspend or permanently ban accounts for serious or repeated violations.
- Retain records as described in our Privacy Policy and as required by law.
Appeals and questions: support@trustmeet.in or Contact support.
10. Best practices we recommend
- Complete every profile section — empty profiles rarely get chosen.
- Update photos and availability when something changes.
- Respond politely and promptly when a visitor reaches out.
- Stay on-platform for early conversations so our safety tools can help you.
- Read this Policy and the Community Guidelines before you go live.
- If you are unsure whether content is allowed, do not publish it — ask support first.
11. Acceptance
By registering as a companion, completing onboarding, or maintaining a companion account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Companion User Policy. If you do not agree, do not create or use a companion account on TrustMeet.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
