Refund Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to optional paid features for the TrustMeet product, processed by DOSINA SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED when such features are enabled for your account. Free features are not refundable as no fee was charged.
2. Eligibility for refunds
We may approve a refund when:
- A duplicate charge or clear processing error occurred.
- A paid feature was not delivered due to a verified platform outage affecting your transaction.
- Required by applicable consumer law in your region (e.g. statutory cooling-off rights where they apply).
3. Non-refundable cases
In general we do not refund:
- Fees for services already used or consumed during the paid period.
- Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms after a good-faith review.
4. How to request a refund
Contact DOSINA SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED using the support email shown in the site footer from your registered address, including the date, approximate amount, and (if available) transaction or receipt ID. We may ask for additional verification to protect your account.
5. Timing
Approved refunds are submitted to your original payment method. Banks and card networks may take several business days to post the credit; that delay is outside our direct control.
6. Changes
We may update this policy to match new products or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do; continued use of paid features after changes constitutes acceptance unless local law says otherwise.
